Step 1: How to access into Admin Portal?

Step 2: What are the items available under admin dashboard section?

  • Account dashboard is showing a general overview of the MyMall platform activities. The summary consist of Total Number of Customers, Total Number of Orders, Total Number of Product Categories, Total Number of Products Brand and Visual Data via Pie Chart & Gant Chart


Step 3: Admin have a total control over MyMall Product Managements, what are the accesses available there?

  • Admin User are able to comprehensively manage all sort of products management from Adding New Products, Viewing All Products, Bulk Import & Export Products, Categorisation of Products, Branding of Products, Attribute and Viewing All Products Review
  • The features come with ability to alter, edit, publish, revert publishing, remove offer creation, searching and screening


Step 4: How the Sales features functioning under Admin Portal?

  • Admin User are able to comprehensively manage all sort of sales management from All Orders, Internal Orders, Purchase Orders and Recruitment Center Instructions

  • The features come with ability to move any sales data and pin point


Step 5: What are the Delivery function capabilities under Admin Portal?
  • It is a feature that enable Admin User to comprehensively manage all sort of delivery management


Step 6: What are the Customers function capabilities under Admin Portal?

  • It is a feature that enable Admin User to comprehensively control users/customers/buyers accounts and have the ability to view the customers information and perform bulk action


Step 7: What are the Members function capabilities under Admin Portal?

  • It enables Admin User to comprehensively control members engagements. This feature comes with ability to view the members information and perform bulk action such as payment, request for payment, commission and form analysis.


Step 8: Where can I review all media files that has been uploaded into the MyMall Portal?

  • Admin User able to view and manage all uploaded media files into the platform via Uploaded Files section.


Step 9: Where can I find MyMall portal reports and what are the informations included?

  • Admin User able able to view all reports and analytics from products, users/customers. commission and wallet history via Report section.


Step 10: Is MyMall Blog section can be edited easily or it requires backend configuration from developers?

  • Nope, it can be access and edit easily via Blog section setting. Admin User able to view and manage all posts content independently
